• We are always endeavoring to maximize ease of operation by paying attention to the minute details, some results of which are front-loadable controller filter, and maintenance switch on the print head and ink reservoir.
• Since up to four ink heads can be controlled independently, this coder is especially cost-effective when used in a factory with multiple production lines. This design also facilitates data management and model change.
• The photoelectric sensor on the coder has a built-in filter circuit (ON/OFF delay, one-shot) that prevents false error detection that results from the pre-printed materials on boxes or deformed boxes.
• Each of up to four heads can be independently controlled by the controller.
